These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and bd288 ("bd288", "we", "us", "the Company") governing your access to and use of the bd288 online betting and casino platform accessible at https://bd288.io and all related services, mobile applications, and tools provided by bd288 (collectively, the "Platform").

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, valid mobile number, and a valid email address. • Username and Password: You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your account credentials. bd288 will never ask for your password via any communication channel.
• Account Sharing: You must not allow any third party to access or use your bd288 account. Any activity carried out under your account credentials is your sole responsibility.
• KYC Verification: bd288 reserves the right to request Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation at any stage, including during withdrawal processing. Accepted documents include National ID (NID), passport, driving licence, and utility bills dated within three months.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bd288 Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

Nothing in this clause shall prevent bd288 from seeking urgent injunctive or equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights, prevent fraud, or address money laundering concerns.
